What this site collects

Two things, and nothing else. First, whatever you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, your message, and — only if you choose to give them — a phone number and permission to text it. Second, anonymous, cookieless traffic measurement — page views, referrers, and approximate country, via Vercel Analytics. That measurement sets no cookies, builds no profile, and cannot identify you.

Where it goes

Contact submissions are stored in a private database operated by Miracle Mind LLC and emailed to me. They are not sold, rented, or shared with advertisers, and they are not used to train anything. The only third parties involved are the infrastructure providers that make the site work: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Neon (database), and Resend (notification email).

How long it is kept

Contact submissions are kept for as long as the conversation is live and for up to three years afterwards, so that I can find the thread if you come back. Analytics data is aggregate and retained by Vercel on their own schedule.

Getting it deleted

Email matthew@miraclemind.dev and ask. I will delete your submission and any record of it, and confirm when it is done. You do not need to give a reason, and no part of this site requires an account.

The assistant and the phone line

This site has neither. The chat assistant and the agent that answers (888) 545-8384 live on miraclemind.dev, and that domain's privacy page is what covers them.

Text messages

The contact form has an optional phone number and, beside it, an unticked box asking whether Miracle Mind LLC may text you about your message. Leaving it alone changes nothing — the form sends either way, and no number is needed to reach me. If you do tick it, what is recorded is the number, that you ticked it, when, and the page you were on, because that record is what proves the permission was yours to give.

Texts come from (888) 545-8384, which is Miracle Mind LLC's number, and they are only ever about the thing you wrote in — scheduling and replies, nothing sold. Reply STOP to end them. Neither the number nor the permission is sold, rented, or shared with anyone for their own marketing. The programme's full terms are on miraclemind.dev/terms.

Cookies

This site sets none. That is deliberate — it is why there is no cookie banner.
